BRIDGE

The Bridge Unit is where community begins. Whether it's a warm hello at the front desk, a new member tour, or creating social media posts that reach the outside world, our work centers on communication, inclusion, and visibility. This unit helps welcome new members, maintain our digital presence, and ensure that everyone feels wanted, needed, and valued from day one. We have three subunits: Welcoming, Communication, and Membership Development.

Welcoming

Welcoming is one of the main focuses of Bridge. We greet guests, give tours, prepare orientation materials, and create an environment where everyone feels seen and celebrated. This includes keeping track of birthdays, checking in with new and returning members, and creating a space that says you belong here.

Communication

Bridge also handles internal and external communication. From updating the Daily Buzz and posting on social media, to designing flyers and taking event photos, we help make the Clubhouse visible—both to members and to the community. It’s where creativity and connection come together to tell our story.

Membership Development

Another key part of Bridge is helping members stay involved. This includes managing unit sign-ups, keeping track of who's active, following up with members we haven’t seen in a while, and celebrating milestones. It’s all about encouraging personal growth and making sure no one falls through the cracks.
